This glorious slate clock is a Victorian era Masterpiece. Engraved and gilt scrollwork decorates the front of the glossy black slate case.
A beautiful open escapement movement sits within a white enamel dial. The pallet fork has two massive jewels that regulate the time very well. The movement has been serviced and keeps good time.
The clock has a lovely chime that strikes on the half hour and the hour with the appropriate number for the time.
Two matching sideburns flank the clock, featuring matching scrollwork and marble accents. Together making for a most impressive display.

Sideburns measure 4.5” wide x 10” tall x 3” deep with 6” diameter tops
