It features an 8-day jeweled brass movement made in Switzerland by legendary clock makers Le Coultre. The movement has been serviced and runs very well.
A perfectly clear lucite obelisk is mounted upon a squared black Bakelite base adorned with gilt plaques decorated with an Egyptian couple.
The clock is uniquely mounted horizontally on the base. It has the Arabic numbers: 3, 6, 9, and 12 on the face.
The clock is hallmarked with LeCoultre and SWISS on the dial and LeCoultre Cie, SWISS, and 462 on the baseplate.
All original adjustment knob and winding key. Speed is adjustable using a small thin screwdriver.
Stands 9.5” tall.
The cube base is 2.5” inches in all directions.
