Attach the band with buckle above the watch dial.

To place watch on back of left wrist:
lay watch, face down, in palm of right hand, buckle strap along inside of thumb.
With a finger, guide the other strap through buckle and, with tip of thumb, pass it through opening behind buckle.

All set.

The Bracelet is self-locking and the watch is secure.

To remove the watch:
press on the sides until the buckle hook lifts out of the hole. Raise end of buckle and open Bracelet.

Gentle pressure will easily adapt the band to the width and thickness of your own wrist.

It does not strelch, pull hairs or fray cuffs worn over it.
